Once that the etiology of the disease is detected it is then when we can focus on the treatment and giving long-lasting, healthy, integral effects once treatment is complete. This is accomplished by providing the orofacial system with a natural function and anatomy at an articular, muscular and tooth level. This is our main four main pillars: stable and healthy mandibular joint, muscular passivity relationship between maxillaries and correct dental functional anatomy.

Biomimetic Dentistry
Biomimetic dentistry is a methodology that searches to change the current protocols of dental treatments like crowns, inlays, obturation, etc. These traditional procedures require wearing out a lot of tooth structure and then replacing it with a very strong restoration. In case of a re treatment or failure, the teeth are already very worn out, which may lead to further re treatments or higher risk of failure.
This is also know as life cycle deceased of a teeth. In face of a work with invasive wear, the cycle parts with a large restoration, which can then in time ended in a root canal, and then in a crown and in the face of a catastrophic failure in an implant.
The philosophy of biomimetic dentistry is not to replace tooth structure with the strongest restorations but rather a compatible one with the mechanical and biological properties of the underlying tissue. The biomimetic approach is achieved thanks to the breakthrough advances in dental adhesion and in the quality of laboratory dental materials to achieve less wear, thinner restorations and better adherence to the underlying structures.
