The digital smile design (DSD) is a digital planning of the smile based on photos and videos in different facial expressions. The big advance is that it allows us to try proposed smiles in the mouth before doing any work on their teeth (mock up). So, the patient can test their new smile and make any suggestions before even starting the definitive treatment.
